Patricia Marquez-Singh has over 20 years of experience working in the education, non-profit, and
government sectors. Patricia offers consultation, training, leadership engagement and coaching in the
areas of transformational healing, trauma-responsive, culturally rooted, restorative practices. Patricia
works to address racial and ethnic disparities; dismantle systemic barriers; and develop culturally
responsive, trauma-informed, and healing-centered approaches that are anchored in strengthening
relationships and connection. Patricia is committed to supporting community in ways that are rooted in
healing and compassion and has been an advocate for children and families in the education and
government systems. Patricia has also been involved in raising awareness on trauma, its effects, and
best practices in response to trauma.
Patricia believes healing is the first step to any path and in the power of transformational healing for all.
In her career and life roles she has facilitated hundreds of circles in various settings and diverse groups.
Patricia has coordinated and facilitated listening, grief, community, youth diversion, race equity, conflict
resolution, court-appointed, and restorative justice circles. She also supports in creating the conditions
within organizations and various groups for collective healing work to take place. Patricia is bilingual and
fluent in both English and Spanish. She is a San Benito County native and lives in Morgan Hill CA, with
her husband and son James.
